Weight Loss
I've started a new journey for myself. My love for food is finally catching up to me. Although I don't need to "lose" too much "weight", I do need to tone and flatten! It's just getting frustrating when carrying a lot of grocery bags and men running up asking if I need help, or (and I am going to try to quit once and for all), people looking at me with disgust when they see me smoking because I LOOK pregnant! It's time to take control of it all! I'm going to slim up and flatten my tum once and for all. :)
I'd love the support, for the change AND to help me quit smoking. Especially on the smoking part. I've been doing it for so long (24 years) that it's hard to go cold turkey so I'm trying my hardest to cut down to eventually quitting for good.
So any good thoughts and words would be greatly appreciated!
I will post a photo of my current self tomorrow, and keep this updated on my progress.
Also getting Fred in on it, but his workouts will be very light until he gets a good word from his doctor. I don't need him dying on me now. But he is overweight, not obese, but needs to drop a good 30 pounds to get where he should be. :) I am changing our eating habits, and OMG it's going to be hard to stay away from Outback now (darn kids for working there and getting us discounts! LOL).
